ABA Enhancement, LLC is looking for confident, humble and compassionate employees who desire to make a difference in individuals with Autism and other related developmental delays.

Behavior Technician are responsible for:

  • Providing direct 1:1 services to children or adults with autism or other related developmental delays
  • Providing 1:1 support in the school, community and home settings
  • Assisting BCBAs in the implementation of ABA Services
  • Utilizing ABA methodologies to reduce maladaptive behaviors
  • Utilize ABA methodologies to increase skill acquisition
  • Assist parents with the day to day activities utilizing ABA methodologies
  • Collect and record data
  • Collaborate with staff, clients, parents, and other service providers
  • Paid Training

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal Skills
  • BA/BS in related behavior health field or 1 year of experience with behavior services (or related educational services) preferred
  • Relevant Experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to different situation

Kevin Spano

Director of Operations

Kevin grew up in southern California with 2 older sisters and a competition focused family. Began working at 16 and with in 3 years began taking leadership positions at work. Kevin has over 15 years experience in management, with 5 years in medical billing, contracting and credentialing.

Currently Kevin resides outside of Fort Worth Texas, where him and his wife are planning a family of their own. His recent focus is on streamlining payor to provider connections. With a goal to help providers have ability to provide services faster and less delay due to administrative barriers. He hopes to help strong clinicians grow and become able to provide services in their own specialties.
