Behavior Technician are responsible for:
- Providing direct 1:1 services to children or adults with autism or other related developmental delays
- Providing 1:1 support in the school, community and home settings
- Assisting BCBAs in the implementation of ABA Services
- Utilizing ABA methodologies to reduce maladaptive behaviors
- Utilize ABA methodologies to increase skill acquisition
- Assist parents with the day to day activities utilizing ABA methodologies
- Collect and record data
- Collaborate with staff, clients, parents, and other service providers
- Paid Training
Requirements:
- Interpersonal Skills
- BA/BS in related behavior health field or 1 year of experience with behavior services (or related educational services) preferred
- Relevant Experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to different situation
